·         Used MS SQL Server 2000 and 2005 for Data Warehouse using Analysis Service and Reporting Services. Departmental reporting to html reports over intra-net using Reporting Services.

·         Developed and maintained store procedures, triggers, tables and data integrity.

·         Developed SQL Server nightly backup plans for System Administrator.

·         Automated process job flows for daily, nightly and monthly updating and reporting.

·         Developed solutions for users from the business requirements that we agreed on.

·         Business Requirement Definitions for reporting with accounting for end of month reporting. This department was the biggest user of the Data Warehouse.

·         Create WEB Application using MS FrontPage 2003 and MIVA Shopping Cart. Used VBScript for low level coding.

·         The company has a new herbal product that is sold over the internet. It involved working the marketing and sales to determine the presentation of the web pages for the product.

·         We sampled some population to view the site to assist in qualifying the “look and feel” of the site and it reception.

11/04 – 05/05    Interactive Data 

·         Performed MS SQL Server 2000 DBA and VB developer responsibilities.

·         Created database tables, store procedures and Visual Basic 6.0 programs and DTS processes.

·         The company, ID, receives customer data files on daily to be formatted into a proprietary database table layout for a match process. The match process returns information back to their customer in the format that the customer has selected.

·         Created DTS packages for different processes to manipulate the data. These processes vary from T-SQL to Visual Basic 6.0 executable code that was in the DTS plan.

·         Customized a EXCEL spread sheet with VBA coding to present monthly billing for Accounting.

·         Create WEB Application using MS FrontPage 2003 and MS ACCESS database back-end, complete life-cycle

·         Product allowed their customers to search the database of real estate properties over the web. The site maintained user login and control level to each users data

·         Specified Plans to convert Data to MS SQL SERVER.

·         Managed a team and provided technical consulting to develop a Web Application for Claims Dept. and a team for a CUBE process

·         Used MS SQL Server for Data Warehouse and Decision Support Service (DSS), Visual Studio 6.0 (ASP, IIS) Web Application and Front Page.

·         Created and maintained Data Warehouse and Data Model for Data Mining containing 300 gigs of data

·         Created Decision Support Services for Product Management in a practical application of CUBE Analysis. Created fact and dimension tables for the bases of the CUBE presentation using SAGENT 

·         Extractions of data were obtained through the use of stored procedures and Data Transformation Service (DTS) plans and T-SQL.

·         Used MS Server SQL 7.0 and later stages used the BETA version of MS Analysis Services

·         Tested with the Microsoft MDX, multidimensional expressions, and their solutions for data-analysis.

·         Created a WEB Application for their Claims’ department Intranet. Appraisers were able to track claim assignments and performance of appraisers. Application used the following tools: Visual Studio InterDev, VBScript, Internet Information server and SQL Server.

·         Implemented and designed Crystal Reports Designer 8.5 and Crystal Enterprise 8 for web based reporting

·         Used MS SQL Server for Data Warehouse and Decision Support Service (DSS). Used Visual Fox Pro 5.0 and Visual Basic 4.0 to clean department data.
